1. Delivery Costs
All orders qualify for free delivery, regardless of order value or destination within our delivery zones.
OutfitLondon will not charge any additional shipping fees.
2. Processing and Delivery Times
The total delivery time includes two stages:
- Processing time: 1–2 working days (preparation, packaging, and handover to the carrier).
- Transit time: 3–7 working days (delivery by the carrier to the customer’s address).
Estimated total delivery time: 4–9 working days from the order date.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT/BST) are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT/BST) are processed the next business day.
3. Order Confirmation, Tracking and Shipping Couriers
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number that allows you to track your package in real time.
Orders are delivered via Royal Mail and DHL to ensure fast, secure, and reliable delivery across the United Kingdom.
4. VAT, Customs & Taxes
All prices displayed on our website do not include VAT, customs duties, taxes, or additional import fees.
The customer is fully responsible for:
- applicable VAT
- customs duties
- any other import-related taxes
These charges are not included in the displayed price and may be collected directly by local customs authorities upon delivery.
Under our Terms and Conditions, the customer is considered the official importer of the products.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos and contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt.
If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, or if the tracking information stops updating, please contact us.
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will resend the order or issue a full refund.
6. Accuracy of the Delivery Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
OutfitLondon is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
